Little Clothespins

I MAY sign up for a craft fair this year and these are one of the items I am thinking about selling! They are so versatile I love them. They are also for sale on my Etsy Site .

You can use them with ribbon to hang cards or invites on the wall (also perfect for Holiday cards)

You can attach a magnet on the back and use them on the fridge for coupons, save the dates, etc

Kitchen Counter Remodel

After Joshua and I put in hard woods we realized that our oak cabinets no longer matched the floor so we painted them cream and then tackled the ugly green counters. We purchased restoleum counters from Lowes. It is a great product that allows you to paint on laminate counters and resembles granite.

Before

Cut the counter

Raised the counter

Painted the base coat

Added texture chips

Painted top sealing coat

Added tile backsplash

Guest bedroom update

Joshua recently purchased a paint sprayer and we decided to test out how it works inside. We just got new carpet put in both our extra bedrooms and are going to change the trim to white so we thought it was a good time to paint the chair rail white as well. It worked pretty good. I think what I liked the best is that it dried as you were spraying it so you could spray on as many coats as you wanted instead of doing one, waiting for it to dry for at least and hour and then coming back. The whole project including prep and cleanup took just over an hour :)

Bathroom redesign

Master Bath remodel YAY

Day one we removed everything (except the ugly floors so we can get paint all over them) and picked up our products

Supplies:

Red Delicious Glidden Paint for the accent wall
We decided to use leftover paint from our counters downstairs for the rest of the walls

                                                            City Gold flooring from Lowes

Counter from Home Depot
Rustoleum Counter Paint Kit from Home Depot

And various other materials

Plus a new french door and carpet (those have nothing to do with the remodel but I am married to a carpenter so you can go to the store and only stick to one project at a time)

Before Pictures

goodbye green and checkered floors

even our counters were seaweed green

The first cream we picked we though was too dark so I decided to
